Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request a 48-hour notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment, and appreciate your cooperation.

We live in a time when both our patients and parents work or go to school and have hectic schedules.  Because time is important to both us and you, we make every effort to stay on time or ahead of schedule.  We design our scheduling to better serve  you and expedite treatment.  We take pride in this and do our best to offer creative scheduling for you.  We even have late hours on certain days as well as Saturday appointments.

We at Dillon Orthodontic Care take pride in usually being ahead of schedule or at least on time.  If you ask our patients they will tell you that there is no waiting at our office.


Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. We will be happy to fill out your insurance forms using the ADA (American Dental Association) codes used by American insurance companies. In addition, a great benefit for you is the insurance company will reimburse you directly instead of paying our office.  This way you will have the cash in your hand.  Then you have the option to pay us the amount reducing  your monthly fee or elect to make the regular monthly payments.
